Returns & Refund

We issue refunds as store credit to be used on future purchases. Store credits never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!

If your order was placed without registering or signing in to your Hackskypewebcam.com account; you will have to register, or sign into your Hackskypewebcam.com account to view and apply your store credit.

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date to be eligible for FREE return shipping.

All items need to be in original condition (a.k.a. unworn, unwashed and unaltered with hang tags still attached).

Return policy

NOTE: All returns are refunded back to your method of payment. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases, and of course feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling!

We accept returns postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date. Before you make your purchase, make sure to check out this list of non-refundable items:

Any items marked “Final Sale”

Damaged, washed, worn or altered items; items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains

Shoes without their original box. Box must be free of damage without stickers or postage stamps.

Swimwear

Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, hair accessories, bodysuits and beauty products

Non-designer jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, etc.)

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund and/or send your items back if any items listed above are returned to us.

MISSED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES

While we strive to provide the highest level of service, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct address details are provided for your order. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided. All orders that are returned to sender (Hackskypewebcam) due to incorrect information supplied by the customer (incorrect or incomplete address) will be processed as a normal return and issued store credit.

RETURN ITEMS FROM SEPARATE ORDERS

That’s totally fine! Just combine them into one package and include packing slips for each order.

Note: Both orders must be within 30 days of the delivery date.

SHIPPED THE RETURN

After you’ve shipped your package…

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund has been processed and credited (Returns will be processed in the order they are received.)

You can track your package here if you have your tracking number.

Refunds will be credited back to your method of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Don’t forget to write down your tracking number from the prepaid return label! This is the only way you’ll be able to track your package.

With your tracking number, you can check the status of your return on the logistic web.

You will only receive an email confirmation once the return has been fully processed.

Shipping and Cancellation

COVID-19 potential delivery delay: our carriers are currently experiencing delays in delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.Your order will ship via USPS, UPS or UPS Surepost or Other logistics companies, depending on what shipping option you select at checkout. Same day shipping for orders placed until 12 PM PST. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. All flat rate shipping orders over $99 will ship for free. Prices may vary due to weight. Products from the same order are often shipped from different warehouses. This does not affect your shipping cost, but may require the order to be delivered in multiple packages and the shipping time may vary.

Changes or Cancellation of orders

Please note that it’s currently not possible to change your shipping address and change or cancel an order once you placed it. To check the delivery status of your order, click on “Track My Order” in your shipment notification email.

Tracking of orders

Once your order has been placed, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. A shipment notification email with tracking information will follow. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.If your order shipped via UPS, you can also enroll in UPS My Choice by going to ups.com/my choice. This free service will proactively send you delivery alerts updating you on the day and time of your delivery. Plus, you can reroute your orders to another location, leave instructions for the driver or schedule a re-delivery, giving you additional control over your deliveries.If your order shipped via USPS, you can also enroll in USPS Informed Delivery by going to tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction. This free service will proactively send you delivery alerts updating you on the day and time of your delivery. Plus, you can reroute your orders to another location, leave instructions for the driver or schedule a redelivery, giving you additional control over your deliveries.Trying to find your delivered package? Sorry! This happens sometimes. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If your package still hasn’t turned up please contact us.
